Adding a Bookmark to the Home Screen

iOS DEVICE

To add a website bookmark to an iOS home screen:

1) On your iOS device, visit the website you want to bookmark
2) Click the icon that looks like a box with an arrow jumping out of it
3) Click ‘Add to Home Screen’.

 

ANDROID DEVICE

On Android there’s a few different ways to achieve this:

1) Bookmark the page you want to add to a home screen
2) Go to the home screen you want to add the link/bookmark to
3) Long-press in an empty space to bring up the “Add to Home Screen” menu
4) Select “Shortcuts”
5) Select “Bookmark”
6) Choose the bookmark you’ve just created

Depending on your device/version of Android, this may work:

1) Bookmark the page you want to add to a home screen
2) Open the browser “bookmarks” screen
3) Long-press the bookmark you want
4) Select “Add to Home screen”

 

WINDOWS PHONE

To pin a website to the Home Screen:

1) Open the website you want to pin
2) Tap three-dots menu button, then tap Pin to Start
